I’ve been working in bodywork since 2007, with training in Ireland, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, and a strong foundation shaped by my Rolfing studies in Munich. My treatments draw from sports massage, orthopaedic techniques, and structural integration to support mobility and reduce chronic tension. I’m also certified in face-lifting massage, blending Asian lifting techniques, classical European massage, and structural integration for both therapeutic and aesthetic results. I live in Zug, Switzerland, with my English-Swiss husband and our trilingual child, enjoying the calm pace of life, weekends by the lake, and the international spirit of the area.
Although massage is still my first love I also have training in a variety of aesthetic treatments. My facials are supported by IMAGE Skincare products and advanced massage with influence of Asian lifting techniques (aka. Kobido) along with inspirations from myofascial release method are the soul and heart of my sessions.
For Waxing I use with Lycon, a superb waxing system with long-lasting results. I am trained by Lycon Switzerland in Brazilian and Hollywood waxing and offer stress-free waxing experience with excellent long-lasting results.
